Background

Decarbonisation of the energy supply - and our consumption - requires wholescale reinvention at the system, organisation and asset level. Utilities must transform their business models, operations and customer interaction.

We have experience with energy utilities in generation, supply and distribution, taking on challenges including asset management, customer service and IT.

Example: Jon Bentley was previously the Strategy lead for Energy, Environment and Utilities at IBM and represented IBM at REEF, the Roundtable for Europe's Energy Future. Jon has blogged and written extensively on energy matters and has presented at a variety of conferences.
