Technology

Background

New technologies must be tested, scaled and assimilated into business operations and digitalised to take advantage of AI. The potential is huge but the solutions must work for customers and users to deliver lasting business value.

We have worked on technology programmes in a variety of contexts from large-scale deployments to fostering data innovation and for businesses ranging from global corporates to technology start-ups. Jon has led and worked on a number of projects at critical technology turning points and has led both large IT implementation programmes and agile innovation developments.

Example: Jon Z Bentley has recently been working with the team at FYLD as they develop and take to market their category-defining AI-driven work execution platform.

Example: Jon led an organisational culture change and management development programme for a global aerospace and defence business centred on innovation and technology.

Example: Jon led IBMs involvement and was a Director in the TTA - Technology Transformation Alliance - at Thames Water.
