Background

The water industry is at a critical turning point, facing ever-increasing demand driven by population growth and economic activity; operational stress and failures caused by aging and over-worked assets; scarcity of supply caused by over abstraction, resource misuse and climate change; and record levels of disatisfaction and mistruct from customers.

We have worked across both the clean and waste water sectors, tackling issues in customer service, operational performance, asset management, IT, data and innovation.

Example: Jon Bentley previously led the water industry team in IBM in the UK and was a Director in the eight2o alliance at Thames Water to deliver the capital programme for AMP6 where IBM was the technology partner.
